Ballet
The foundation of all dance disciplines. Dancers will learn the
Fundamentals of ballet to develop understanding of and skills in the basic
ballet vocabulary. This style of dance will stress strength, control, balance
and fluid movements.
Jazz
This class will incorporate elements of various dance dialects and a
conscious connection to space. The emphasis of opposition, flexibility,
and control of isolations will be displayed in this class.
Tap
Syncopated sounds are created using the toe and the heel of tap shoes.
Many styles are incorporated to enrich the dancer.
Hip Hop
Is a blend of today's high energy street style movement
integrating jazz technique.
Step
Create rhythms with your body by doing such things as clapping, slapping,
and stomping.
Pilates is a full body conditioning system which focuses on initiating
movement from your core abdominal muscles. Strength, Stamina,
Stability, and Stretching is combined for a revitalizing workout.
